The development team merged twenty pull requests yesterday, with significant focus on Matter integration improvements. kshypachov merged a fix for Matter energy sensor discovery when values are null, addressing issue 162023. This was complemented by lboue's pull request adding allow_none_value support to MatterDiscoverySchema for electrical power attributes, ensuring better handling of null sensor values.
Device support saw notable expansions. lboue also added fixture support for the Ikea Bilresa dual button, adding comprehensive test coverage across 844 lines of code. natekspencer updated Litter-Robot integration components - sensors, buttons, and selects - to support the new Litter-Robot lineup with improved device compatibility.
Several dependency updates were merged to enhance platform stability. Sab44 bumped librehardwaremonitor-api to version 1.10.1, removing deprecation warnings.
