Good morning. It's August 3rd, 2026, and this is Buzz Transcription.

Today's activity is small but tidy: one pull request, contributed by Chenghao999, closing out a localization gap.

PR 1575 finished the Chinese translations, both Simplified and Traditional, for the skip-already-transcribed plugin. Two strings had been sitting untranslated, telling users when Buzz will skip a file because a matching text, SRT, or VTT transcript already exists next to it. Now Chinese-speaking users get that…

The same PR also brought the Simplified Chinese README back in line with the English one, adding the Features section, updated install links, and screenshots. Documentation drift between language versions is easy to miss in review, and this is a good reminder to treat translated docs as a build artifact that needs…

Worth noting: the PR description flags that these same two strings are still untranslated in every other supported language. That's an open call for contributors, not a bug, but a maintainability item worth tracking if you're watching the plugin's coverage.

The one additional commit, 3fa37a9, is the merge commit for this same change, so there's no separate work to call out there.
