Start with PR 1526. Switching a tab's model or reasoning effort mid-draft left keyboard focus stranded on the page body, so the next send shortcut just did nothing. PR 1530, from Ronald Eddings, fixed a case where a client's bootstrap snapshot could be mistaken for a deletion list, wiping agents that were never actually removed.
